Conference Registration Refund Policy

Once an OCTELA Conference Registration is completed, the registration must be paid, either by the individual or the institution to which the individual belongs. This payment is due by the date of the conference.  Food, beverage, and conference space payments are based on the number of persons registered, and OCTELA is liable to pay all expenses.  If  problems arise four weeks or more before the conference, please email leadership@myoctela.org for assistance.
